I promise unlimited energy, and prompt, attentive, insightful service. I have an entrepreneurial background spanning 30 years in tourism, marketing , training and Real Estate investments. I was involved in Heritage house  renovations in Chinatown in the 80's- New builds and Heritage Award restorations. I am familiar with Board of Variance applications and the permit process. Currently I am President of a Strata Council for a Strata Hotel in Ucluelet,a Director for the wonderful Little Legion in Roberts Creek,and a builder of a Tiny home. I would be pleased to put my energy to work for you. I have assisted hundreds of clients in relocating to Vancouver and areas in the Greater Vancouver Regional District. I proudly served as Director for the Real Estate Board's North Shore Division and in previous years have been on the Board of the WVGSA , President of the Strathcona Residents Association, as well as a  Board of Director for Small Housing BC.
